Use of RTS For Writing In Telugu

Telugu SystemWithoutTelugu

RTS stands for Rice Transliteration Scheme. In this scheme the words are typed almost as nearly as they are spoken- leaving aside the letters- w, x, q, z. This is almost intuitive and reflects the way a word is spoken. Symbol for full circle: "M"; half-circle: "@M".

* The symbol "^" is used in Unicode-Indic transliterator to denote boundaries of text meant for transliteration and so should not be used for any other purpose.

This represents the broad system. Each browser lekhini- swecha- ILC has a Chart or Hint showing what the key stroke pressed represents. In Unicode-Indic program this information is available as a pdf file. It is a fact that there are small variations.
